Commercial Services Incorporated is an established cleaning company of seven years, until 2008 we operated under the name of Contract Cleaning, when we merged with our Electrical Testing sister company to become CSI.
As our cleaning specialised more and more and our business expanded, it became apparent that if we offered one contract to a company - usually another contract would follow, it made sense to put it all under one umbrella.
Uniquely we offer a wide selection of services to your business, from contract cleaning to one-off sanitisation to electrical testing with a personalised service customised to suit your needs. At CSI we offer you one point of contact for multiple contracts ensuring a smooth and easy operation.
We are all very much ‘hands-on,’ it keeps us aware of each and every contract and most importantly ensures you of consistent quality. Our technicians and staff are not only helpful but very diligent and conscientious, with a pro-active loyalty to the company and uniquely for cleaning staff rewarded by our company profit share scheme.
As well as our various commercial cleaning services, we are also able to offer a comprehensive range of maintenance services including Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Decorating, Brickwork and roofing as well as PAT and electrical testing.
