Security
All work will be over seen by management on an on-going basis. If out of hours cleaning, keys will be held, unlabelled and coded by management only and kept in a safety deposit All staff are strictly vetted for references after under going our stringent selection process.
Health & Safety
CSI comply to all HSE and Environmental Health legislation and recommendations of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Review of HSAW in 1994, Management of HSAW Regulations 1992, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) 2002, the Controlled Waste Regulations 1992 (SI No. 588), Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, REACH EU Regulations 2008 controlled use of chemicals.
Risk Assessment policies, COSHH and Method Statements written solely for the use and standards of CSI are open to inspection at any time. Specialised trauma clean officers are Hepatitis B and Tetanus vaccinated. In certain contract situations CSI will operate a Passport Scheme for workers identifying their training in health, safety and environmental qualifications.

Insurance
CSI and employees are fully insured through Clear Insurance Management Ltd. CSI has
5 million pounds Public/Products & Employer Liability Cover and 50 thousand pounds Financial Loss Liability cover which is open to inspection at any time.
General Cleaning – Offices / Surgeries / Factories
CSI offer high standards of cleaning, on a daily basis, weekly basis or one-off clean. Time and hours to suit your needs. Improve your health and your environment, a clean office is a productive office. One of the biggest causes of staff illness (and consequential days off) which we can help reduce, is due to the poor hygiene of telephones and door handles.
Standard of Cleaning
All surfaces, floors, sills, ceilings and lights, legs and struts of desks and chairs will be cleaned. Door handles, phones and audio apparatus bacterially cleaned. Computer screens anti -static non chemical dusting, carpets vacuumed, blinds dusted.
Toilets de-scaled and deep cleaned. All basins, floors and sinks anti-bacterially cleaned, door handles and sides of doors sanitized. Tiled floors anti-slip mopped.
Kitchen areas and canteens all surfaces sanitized, cupboards inside and out, sills, ceilings and lights cleaned. Floors sanitized. White goods cleaned inside and out. Rubbish disposed of. Bins anti-bacterially washed.
All internal windows washed and cleaned.
A laundry service is available for towels and linen.
New Build and Tenancy Cleaning
We offer reliable and quick end of tenancy cleaning service at short notice throughout the South East. Our cleaning crews are mobile, fully equipped, hard working and highly motivated. We will provide you with all the cleaning materials and equipment. We will quote you a job price, not an hourly rate, so you can rest assured there are no other costs involved. Please note carpet deep cleans are generally not included and are quoted for separately.
Specialist floor cleaning for wood finishes, granite, marble, limestone etc. Windows de-filmed, shower and bath units polished. Paint and plaster removal. Carpets and upholstery deep cleaned. An extremely high level of care is taken with new carpets, fixtures and fittings.
